The elementary school had a "spirit week" where they let the kids dress up. Tuesday was "Quiet as a Mouse" day, where they aren't allowed to talk or they lose their treats. Seph & Felicity both got to keep all their treats. Wednesday was "Wacky Wear Wednesday"--the kids could wear their clothes backwards or mismatched or whatever. Seph point-blank refused to do so much as wear a different part in his hair, but Felicity totally got into it. She wore a dress over pants with the buttons undone, fuzzy socks, and sandals. She also wore three ponytails. Here is Felicity in all her wacky glory:
Today was "Hat Day." Seph loves his fuzzy orange hat, so he participated today. Here are Seph & Felicity in their hats:
Tomorrow is Pajama day. Seph sleeps in his clothes, to the shock and disgust of one of my friends (her oldest is only 5) so he won't participate again but Felicity is stoked. She has any number of jammies, and the hardest part is figuring out which ones are the "cutest" ones to wear to school.

How fun that Felicity got into the spirit of dressing up. Josh would be like Seph. He wouldn't make himself look silly on purpose.
I love the pics of the kids--Felicity looks SO cute in her crazy dress outfit! I love the hair and her cute ringlets (you know how crazy I am about ringlets).
"Quiet as a mouse" day is just pure genius. Who came up with that one? That definitely needs to be implemented into all schools across the country! :)
