We've had another of our little homeowners' streaks. Last year we replaced the furnace and the water heater within just months of each other. Today we discovered we've got a leak in the water main downstairs. Then we figured out that our fridge (Marden's fridge--the spare one) isn't working. It always seems to pile on at once.
I guess I'll just focus on the voluntary changes--we bought new 2 inch blinds (some wood, some faux) to go with our new double-pane windows. It still makes me happy to see them. We only have three left to install!

Doesn't it seem like when it comes to home projects--when it rains, it pours!
And when things are leaking--it can really get wet!
